It works well enough, but doesn't seat as snugly as the OEM plug. This should not cause any real complaint or difficulty. I point it out only because the price should be different enough from the OEM part to make it worthwhile.

I accidentally ordered this AC power adapter, which is not the right one for my system.
I emailed the tech support team and they immediately responded (within 12 hours to me is immediate these days) asking for the specs on my adapter that I needed to replace.
Within 3 days, I received the replacement adapter.
I got an email with the tracking number, the RMA number, and shipping address for the return.
I just wish that there was some sort of compensation for the return shipping, but since it was my mistake, I have to live with it.

Since the schmucks at Asus used a different adapter pin for the 1201N, and they don't have the accessory available for sale through their website or through a third-party, I had to seek a substitute. . . This one is it. The unit is the same compact shape and size of the factory unit, with the same pin. I've been using the charger for a few days and with the exception of the LED light (which is green on this OEM model, not blue, like the factory adapter), it works the same as the original. I have absolutely no complaints.

The battery works good and looks just like the picture above. The only problem I see is when you connect the two cords together, they are very loose. This isn't a huge problem, but if you have it dangling at the batter/plug connection, it would probably unplug itself from the battery.

Wanted an extra PS for my Asus 1201N (a great little 12'' laptop!) and I got this. It works, and its as small as the original PS. So go get one especially if your lazy like me and want to keep a PS plugged in where you use the laptop the most and keep the other one in your travel bag.
